Chrissie McGinn & Richard Hewitt will meet each person in the team before coming on the Team Development workshop so that everyone can talk about their problems, and explore what they want to gain from the workshop. Chrissie & Richard want to really understand everyone’s needs before they start helping you to your achieve goals. |

Everyone will have individual attention from Chrissie & Richard as Team Development workshops are normally limited to SIX delegates to ensure that everyone is able to work on current issues, and find practical solutions that can be put into effect immediately. |

When everyone returns to work Chrissie & Richard will continue to give support by email and phone to ensure that new insights and skills are put into practise so that they easily become the natural way for the team to work |

| Wisborough also offers a Team Development Programme based on the Conscious Leadership Programme run by Chrissie McGinn & Richard Hewitt or the Positive & Powerful Leadership Programme We would adapt these Programmes to suit your team. |
